Swan Dreams

I once lived where there were black swans on the creek behind my house. I dream about them still. Sometimes they are white, sometimes black and once gold. I'll paint that dream one day.

This piece was juried into the Teeny Tiny Trifecta 5 exhibition at Second Street Gallery Charlottesville, VA in September and will be available then.

Original mixed media painting on wood panel. Acrylic, ink, graphite, collage and finished with cold wax to give it a matte, stone-like finish.
